I’m gonna have to try that out thanks Jim.

Also, you can use the trackpad as a mouse wheel for scrolling. If you hold one finger on the trackpad area and then use another finger moving up and down.

Good tips, thanks for sharing.

You can also right-click using your trackpad. Mine is setup so that if I put two fingers on the pad and click it’s a “right-click”. You can see/change your settings at: System Preferences -> Keyboard & Mouse -> Trackpad -> “Clicking”.

… although, getting a two button mouse is the real solution.

Wow that site is pretty crazy I haven’t seen anything like it before. Yes it’s quite confusing, but cool as heck! That is definitely taking web interfaces into another dimension. All it needs is a white rabbit to follow. It sets quite the stage for all the amazing and sometimes bizarre work it features.
That’s a great find! Thanks for sharing it.

I highly recommend Pixar short films as well if you like their stuff. They have several available for viewing on their website but recently released a DVD compilation of all of them. It’s quite amazing to see the progression from their first ever animated movie Luxo (http://www.pixar.com/shorts/ljr/) to Wall-E trailers.

There is also a very short section on the website entitled “How We Do It”. One of the pictures has a guy standing in a room full of individual story board sketches pinned to the walls. I find it fascinating.

I’ve been watching a ton of Pixar stuff lately, Monsters Inc., Cars, A Bug’s Life and there’s been a documentary on about the history of the company that’s really cool. The bonus features on the movies have storyboard concepts that didn’t make it, and show the process which is super cool. It’s amazing how many people work on each movie, the credits are huge!

Ugly. And there’s some good data in there for her. One big thing missing seems to be some are maps. Elections refer to so many geographic locations, what about a map of the “tough districts” to cognitive signal that we are talking about a geographic area?
